Joe has written numerous articles and news items on employment law and legal developments on the Usefully Employed blog, as well as for other publications such as Independent Lawyer. Joe can write articles for your in-house legal magazine or updating service, and can appear and comment on employment law issues in the media.
Training
Joe has provided employment law training to individual companies and to other legal advisers. Alone or together with other members of chambers he can give training to your organisation or your firm’s clients on:
- disciplinary action & dismissals;
- redundancy;
- discrimination and diversity;
- TUPE and workforce restructuring;
- Update and refresher law training.
Training can be provided at solicitor, employer, or Chambers’ own conference facilities.
